What is REZz Dublin’s smoking policy?
REZz Dublin is a smoke-free environment. Smoking in your room will incur a cleaning fee.

Do you provide hairdryers?
Yes, hairdryers are available at reception.

What room types do you offer?
We offer both double and triple rooms. Triple rooms have one double and one single bed, accommodating up to 3 guests.

Can I pay with cash upon check-in?
All payments must be made by card and a valid form of ID Is required- passport/drivers license.

Do you provide irons and ironing boards?
Yes, these are available in the REZzTORATION Room on the first floor.

What is the best way to get to REZz Dublin from the airport?

City Bus 16 is the cheapest option, costing around €2.60 (coins only) and stops at Dame Street, a five-minute walk from the hotel.

Dublin Express Bus or Aircoach Bus will take you to Aston Quay or Wellington Quay near the Liffey River. Tickets are available online or from the driver.

Taxi costs around €25–€35.

Does the hotel have a bar?
Yes, Disndat is our on-site bar with live music 7 days a week and fantastic drink deals. As a REZz resident, you’ll receive a 10% discount on all drinks.

Do you have adapters?
Yes, adapters are available at reception for €4.

What facilities are in the REZzTORATION Room?

When are rooms serviced?
Rooms are serviced every third day of your stay.

Does REZz have a curfew?
No, we have a 24-hour reception. Your key card will unlock the main door, and staff are available at all times for assistance.
