Energy Efficiency
At REZz Hotel Temple Bar, we are committed to reducing energy use through advanced technology. Motion sensor lighting helps cut down on electricity waste, while our heat pumps efficiently extract warmth from outdoor air, even in cold weather, to heat the building. We’ve also replaced traditional bulbs with energy-saving LED lighting throughout the hotel.

Water Conservation
We’ve installed low-flow showerheads, taps, and toilets to reduce water usage without sacrificing comfort. Our towel and linen reuse programme lets guests opt out of daily washing, saving both water and energy.

Waste Reduction
Recycling bins for plastic, paper, and glass are available in guest rooms and public areas. We also responsibly recycle batteries and vapes. Partnering with Re-turn, we support Dublin’s Deposit Return Scheme, which helps raise money for ‘Return for Children,’ a charity aiding six children’s organisations, including Laura Lynn and Barnardos.

We’ve reduced single-use plastics by providing bulk toiletry dispensers, reusable water bottles, and water fountains, and have eliminated plastic straws.

Sustainable Transport
We promote eco-friendly travel by offering bicycle rentals and guided walking tours, giving guests a sustainable way to explore Dublin.
